Job Description

Sales Administrative Assistant (Junior)

Alhambra, CA

Schedule:
Five days per week, including Saturday. One weekday and Sunday will be scheduled as days off. Compensation This is a salaried position covering all hours worked, with pay issued on a bi-weekly basis. Upon successful completion of training and the probationary period, employees will be eligible for adjustment, additional top-ups based on overall store sales performance. Additional company benefits are available after probation. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and handle basic customer inquiries Provide general travel information and direct inquiries to the appropriate sales team members Follow up on booking status and routine customer requests Assist with reservations, data entry, and system updates Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks Learn and follow company systems, workflows, and service standards
Qualifications:
