The office assistant will assist with the day-to-day operations including but not limited to: handling accounts receivable and payable, resident records, reports, maintenance records, resident relations, enforcing the Community Rules and Regulations and resident homesite maintenance. A strong candidate for this position holds the ability to run a professional and organized operation.
Knowledge, Skills and Requirements:
Responsibilities Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with professionalism and warmth Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to documents Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure smooth operations Knowledge of Rent Manager software is a plus Professional demeanor in handling resident relations Support administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and mailingSkill s Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Previous office management or clerical experience preferred; experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is a plus Must have a valid driver's license Knowledge of Rent Manager software is a plus Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs Exceptional phone etiquette and customer support skills for handling inquiries professionally Professional demeanor in handling resident relations Accurate typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks Familiarity with office equipment such as multi-line phones, fax machines, and printers Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficientlyJoin us in creating a vibrant office environment where your organizational talents shine!
