Job Description
Seeking BE/BC Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join highly regarded multi-surgeon group practice in San Jose, CA. Step into a high volume practice with the full support of an experienced, OMS focused clinical and marketing team. Surgeon will work from 1 2 dedicated locations , with preference for one primary home location.
Other locations with openings are:
Stockton, Pinole, Vallejo. Grow practice, especially implants, with the help of a dedicated marketing team Full time: 5 days per week Part time: Open to candidates seeking 2 consistent days per week Immediate start available High volume dentoalveolar and implant practice Patient volume: depends on what you want - some surgeons see as much as 18 patients per day, some around 8 per day Typical procedures include: Extractions, third molars, implants, bone grafting, sedation, and office based anesthesia No required hospital call , but if you want to take call, you can do so Surgeon led, private practice environment OMS specific operatories, equipment, and experienced surgical assistants Strong GP referral network with immediate, steady surgical volume Clear and defined pathway to partnership Training & Clinical Support Mentorship available from experienced, successful surgeons Highly supportive, well trained team to ensure efficient clinic flow and surgical success, including office manager, back office team, and implant coordinators. Strong emphasis on clinical quality, professional development, and surgeon autonomy The group is a nationally recognized collection of state-of-the-art oral and maxillofacial surgical practices in Northern California. Primarily office-based, we place a heavy emphasis on dentoalveolar surgery, bone regeneration, and implants while providing opportunities for our surgeons who wish to provide the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgical care. As part of our group, you will lead your team of dedicated surgical assistants and front desk staff, serving a strong referral community of local dentists.Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary:
$500,000+ for the first two years (based on 5-day-per-week schedule)Production Model:
