This is not a basic clerical position. You will coordinate schedules, review contracts, verify pricing, order products, assist customers, and work directly with our Production Manager to keep projects moving forward. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced learning environment and wants to grow into a Production Coordinator, Assistant Project Manager, and ultimately a Project Manager. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the daily final-measure schedule for measure technicians Welcome customers into the production process and provide exceptional service after contracts are signed Review every contract for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to Legendary's guidelines Work with the sales team to correct missing, conflicting, or inaccurate contract information Review contracts to verify pricing, labor, materials, commissions, and overall project integrity Order windows, doors, and installation materials from multiple manufacturers Review order acknowledgments and track products, delivery dates, changes, and potential delays Answer warranty and service calls and coordinate each request through resolution Maintain accurate project notes, schedules, documents, and customer communication within company systems Work closely with the Production Manager and coordinate across departments to keep projects moving What Success Looks Like Measure schedules are organized and confirmed Contracts are complete and accurate before projects move forward Pricing discrepancies are identified before products are ordered Manufacturer orders are accurate and properly documented Customers receive timely, professional communication Warranty and service requests are tracked through completion Project information remains current and organized Commitments are followed through without repeated reminders The Production Manager and broader team can depend on you Who We Are Looking For You may be a strong fit if you: Are Hungry, Humble and Smart Are extremely organized and naturally notice small details Take ownership and follow through until the job is complete Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently Are comfortable working with numbers, pricing, contracts, and detailed product information Can manage multiple customers, schedules, and deadlines at once Stay calm and solutions-focused when priorities change Are comfortabe being managed to KPI's and Insanely Clear Expectations. Learn quickly and ask smart questions Are willing to speak up when something is missing or inaccurate Want to build a long-term career in construction operations or project management Care deeply about delivering an exceptional customer experience Qualifications Two or more years of experience in administration, project coordination, scheduling, construction, home improvement, purchasing, logistics, or customer service is preferred Strong computer, organizational, and data-entry skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment Experience with CRM, scheduling, project management, or accounting systems is preferred Window, door, remodeling, or residential construction experience is a strong plus, but we will train an exceptional candidate Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required Your Growth Path This position is designed as an entry point into construction project management.
