The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of dental procedures and terminology. This role involves managing patient interactions at the front desk while providing chairside assistance during dental procedures If needed. Experience with EMR systems such as Eagle soft is preferred. The position offers an engaging environment focused on delivering exceptional patient care across general dentistry. Duties Greet patients warmly and manage patient check-in/check-out processes using EMR systems like Eagle soft Schedule appointments, confirm patient appointments, and manage patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Collect patient information, update medical and dental histories, and ensure accurate medical documentation Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments if needed following infection control protocols Document procedures accurately in medical records and assist with medical coding as needed Experience Prior experience working in a dental clinic setting is highly preferred Familiarity with EMR systems such as Eagle soft Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and infection control standards in a healthcare environment Experience in general dentistry is beneficial Strong understanding of dental terminology, anatomy knowledge, medical terminology, and medical documentation practices Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and team collaboration This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment dedicated to providing comprehensive dental care while supporting the health and well-being of our patients.
