DENTAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
We are looking for a bilingual (spanish/english) dental front office assistant for a busy office. You should be well-organized with attention to detail. You should be able to follow instructions and respect dental office regulations, policies and procedures. We are looking for someone with a great work ethic and attendance record!
Hours:
Monday
  • Thursday 8:45am
  • 5:30pm, Friday 7:45am
  • 2:00pm Duties to include, but not limited to: Welcome patients and other team members in the dental office Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions Keep the office clean and well-stocked Answer telephone Schedule appointments Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures Make Continuing Care phone calls Call patients whose authorizations have come in, or are pending to make appointments.
Call patients to reschedule missed appointments. Check insurance eligibility, benefits and history Prepare and file charts alphabetically Skills Proven experience in the job applying for Knowledge of dental procedures, disinfection & sterilization methods Understanding of health & safety regulations Good computer skills, Dentrix a plus Excellent communication and people skills Attention to detail Well-organized and reliable High school diploma; graduating from dental assistant school is preferred
Bi-lingual Spanish/English Pay:
$17.00
