Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing phone calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using spreadsheets, word processing, and productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Printers,Emails,POS machines Handle clerical tasks including filing, document preparation, and calendar management to support daily office functions Assist with client communication and customer support by providing timely responses and resolving inquiries efficiently this will range between, storage rentals, cottage rentals, rv space rentals, and over night rv rentals Support office management activities by organizing supplies, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings or appointments and interviews and move in's with potoential rvers Utilize computer skills to update databases, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy across various platforms Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately to ensure seamless communication flow as well as clear legible writing, note taking and clearly communicating detailed information is a must! Qualifications Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with productivity software - Google Docs Experience with data entry, filing systems, and general clerical duties in a professional setting Excellent communication skills, including phone communication and client interaction; bilingual ability is a plus but not required Technical proficiency with office equipment such as multi-line phone systems, printers, and computers; computer literacy is essential Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Previous experience as a personal assistant or in administrative roles is highly desirable and/or property management skills Join us to be part of a supportive team where your organizational talents will shine!
