Office Assistant

This is an entry level office position. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, is willing to learn, is able to multitask and has close attention to detail. •Previous experience is not required and there is a potential for growth. •Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Processing state termite reports. This involves drafting a multi-page document that includes a detailed diagram and description of findings and information from the initial termite inspection. Assisting other staff with various tasks, including but not limited to collecting mail from the post office, filing, billing, scheduling, etc. Provide excellent & efficient communication by answering phones, greeting customers, responding to emails and taking voicemails.
