Job Description

Receptionist -Pediatric Multi-Specialty Dental Office Our office is a Multi Specialty office offering Pediatric Dentistry, Orthodontics, Oral Surgery, Sedation and General Anesthesia. We are seeking a friendly, dedicated, flexible, detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is focused on patient interaction and front office coordination. You will be the first point of contact and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities:
Welcome patients and families with a warmth and professionalism Create a positive and supportive experience at every visit Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily schedule Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional patient service. Check patients in and out efficiently Verify insurance and collect patient information accurately Maintain accurate patient records Communicate clearly with clinical staff regarding patient flow Help keep the front office organized and running smoothly Coordinate with the dental team to ensure excellent patient care Handle general administrative and clerical duties Support our dental team to keep the flow of the schedule Able to Receive, create, and input New Patient records. Friendly, professional, and patient-focused personality Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and well organized Flexible and dependable Dental experience preferred (but not required for the right person) Detail-oriented and highly organized, dependable, and able to multi task. Job Type:
Part-time Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 - 36.0 per week
