Overview In-person Local Administrative Coordinator for HortScience | Bartlett Consulting | Berkeley, CA HortScience | Bartlett Consulting is seeking a Full-Time Administrative Coordinator to support the daily operations of our Berkeley office. We are looking for an organized, reliable, and self-motivated professional with strong administrative, bookkeeping, and customer service skills. As part of a small consulting team, you will play a key role in office administration, financial support, client coordination, and project tracking while working closely with the H|BC Manager and consulting staff. Benefits $28.00 - $30.00 per hour , based on education, experience, and skills. We offer competitive compensation, as well as: A safety-first culture and professional workplace Advancement opportunities - we promote from within Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401k retirement plan Paid time off and holidays Bonus program Responsibilities Work Schedule Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Full-time, in-office position located in Berkeley, CA Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations, phones, visitors, mail, filing, and supplies Maintain client and employee records Process accounts receivable and accounts payable Generate invoices, track payments, and assist with collections Support payroll, expense reporting, and timesheet tracking Prepare monthly financial reports and budget tracking Maintain client and project files Assist with contracts, W-9s, and Certificates of Insurance (COIs) Package and ship project samples as needed Coordinate with vendors and service providers Qualifications Education and experience High school diploma is required; B.S. or A.A. degree highly preferred. A minimum of one year's work experience in office/administrative/bookkeeper setting.
