The primary responsibility will be procurement for a major luxury residential construction project in Beverly Hills. Key Responsibilities Obtain, compare and negotiate proposals for construction materials, fixtures, finishes and services Coordinate samples, approvals, purchase orders, payments, lead times and deliveries Maintain procurement schedules and follow up persistently with vendors Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, designers and consultants on behalf of the owner Track contracts, invoices, deposits, payments and project expenses Perform light bookkeeping and maintain organized financial records Assist with property-management matters, service providers and repairs Handle scheduling, correspondence, research and other typical personal-assistant responsibilities Maintain organized project information and documentation Qualifications Experience in construction procurement, real estate development, interior design, construction administration or a related field General understanding of residential construction, materials and contracts Strong negotiation, organization and follow-through skills Energetic, proactive, detail-oriented and able to learn quickly Comfortable handling multiple priorities and working directly with the owner Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Knowledge of Procore or similar construction-management programs is a plus Luxury residential experience is preferred Basic bookkeeping experience is preferred Must be available to work full-time in the Beverly Hills area Please submit your resume with a brief description of your construction procurement, project-support or property-management experience.
