Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. This role involves managing various administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth communication within the office environment. The Office Assistant will be responsible for maintaining an organized workspace and assisting with front desk duties. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering inquiries Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and effective phone etiquette Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized and accessible Assist in calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings Provide customer support by addressing client needs and inquiries promptly Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution Assist with clerical duties such as typing correspondence, reports, and memos Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance efficiency Qualifications Previous office experience is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Bilingual candidates are preferred to apply for enhanced communication capabilities Experience in customer service or support roles is highly valued Familiarity with multi-line phone systems is advantageous Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Personal assistant experience will be considered an asset This is a Retail and Customer Service Office Join our dynamic team where your contributions will be valued, and you will have the opportunity to grow professionally while supporting our mission.
