Administrative Support Partners Personnel - 3.9 Buena Park, CA Job Details Part-time $18 an hour 6 hours ago Benefits Safety equipment provided Qualifications Food production Microsoft Outlook Food processing plant experience Spreadsheets Administrative experience Manufacturing facility experience Data entry Excel data analysis Full Job Description Job Summary Partners Personnel is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to assist plant leadership and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role supports production reporting, documentation, scheduling, communication, food safety records, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to Plant Management, Production, QA, Maintenance, and HR. Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, records, and documentation. Track production data, labor hours, KPIs, inventory, and material usage. Assign production dates and maintain accurate production schedules. Track and coordinate Last Minute Requests (LMRs) with urgency. Maintain HACCP, GMP, SQF/BRC, production, sanitation, and compliance records. Assist with audits, document control, product holds, rework, and deviations. Review production and downtime reports and assist with root-cause analysis. Support continuous improvement, waste reduction, labor balancing, and efficiency initiatives. Coordinate communication between Production, QA, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Sanitation, HR, and Customer Service. Communicate production or schedule changes to Customer Service before deliveries. Enter production and warehouse transactions into the operating system. Qualifications 2+ years of administrative experience; manufacturing or food production preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. ERP, inventory, or production software experience preferred. Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, SQF, or BRC preferred. Strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively across departments. Working Conditions Flexibility for overtime, weekends, holidays, and schedule changes. Work in a cold/damp manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and machinery. PPE is provided and required. Prolonged standing and walking required. Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
