Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Clerk and Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop administrative skills within a dynamic healthcare setting. The successful candidate will manage front desk operations, handle administrative tasks, and provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment at all times. Answer multi-line phone systems promptly using proper phone etiquette and direct calls efficiently. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and fax communications. Maintain organized filing systems for confidential documents, records, and reports. Assist with office management duties such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars. Support administrative tasks including data entry, word processing, proofreading documents, and maintaining office supplies. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries accurately and courteously while ensuring client communication is clear and effective. Qualifications Bilingual skills are highly preferred to effectively communicate with diverse clients and staff. Prior office experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential. Strong computer literacy with excellent typing speed and organizational skills. Demonstrated clerical experience with familiarity in filing systems and document management. Experience in front desk operations or customer service roles is advantageous. Exceptional phone reception skills combined with good phone etiquette and multi-line phone system knowledge. Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail; previous personal assistant or administrative experience is a plus.
