ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Administrative Functions
  • Support administrative control.
  • Answer emails.
  • Create reports.
  • Management and communication with service providers.
  • Any supervisor request.
  • Data Analysis. Experience and Requirements
  • 1 year of experience as Administrative Assistant, in a commercial company.
  • Professional Title (Bachelor Degree Business Administration, Accounting, Foreign Trade or International Business, Computer Science, Finance or related career.)
  • Bilingual Spanish 100% English 70%
  • Windows Office package.
  • Schedule availability.
INDISPENSABLE
  • Advanced Excel.
  • Expense management.
  • Statistical management.
  • Complex Database analysis.
  • Finance and/or accounting. Skills

$16.90 per hour
