• Plastic Surgery/Med Spa Office Assisting on expanding Iconic Medspa Office Management Patient coordination Answering phone Instagram/Facebook management/posts Scheduling appointments (must have EMR experience)

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience necessary in a clinical setting 1 year experience in social media Detail-oriented Professionalism in appearance and conversation Friendly phone etiquette and phone voice Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Enthusiastic, outgoing personality with above-average judgement Dedicated to high quality patient care and efficiency Team player Bonuses based on performance
