Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, helping where needed, and contributing to a smooth and efficient office environment.

You'll assist multiple team members and play a key role in keeping day-to-day tasks on track.

RESPONSIBILITIESProvide general administrative support across departmentsAnswer phones, route calls, and respond to inquiriesAssist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting preparationPerform data entry and maintain accurate recordsOrganize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical)Handle mail, deliveries, and office supply managementAssist with basic reporting and document preparationSupport special projects and team needs as assigned
