Summary:
This position is responsible for warehouse administrative support at our retail location. (Full Time Position)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for employee timecard reconciliation to ensure accuracy for payroll processing. Communicates daily with assigned foreman/superintendents and pulls requested parts accurately and on time. Also ensures that data entry is completed when parts are pulled. Performs inventory cycle counts as assigned. Maintain overall store and yard appearance and keeps store and shelves stocked. Assist outside deliveries with loading and unloading trucks, as well as perform receiving procedures as needed. Also oversee and assist with outside yard organization, storage, and cleanliness. Organizes outside storage of materials in cages from warehouse/stocked product. Reviews received purchase orders, shipping documents, confirmations, and invoices for posting to ensure compliance with established receiving procedures. Conducts periodic audits of receiving documents against actual receipt of goods, incoming and outgoing stock transfers to stores, direct shipments against actual goods delivered and reported as received. Reports findings and make adjustments and/or corrections to inventory as needed. Works closely with AP to match purchase orders and packing slips. Organizes outside storage of materials in cages from received product. Make parts deliveries if needed. Performs other duties as assigned. Education and/or
Experience:
One or more years of warehouse service experience preferred. High school diploma preferred. 2-3 years of computer experience required. Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred.
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
