Responsibilities Front Desk:
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing phone calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
Data Entry:
Handle data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, CLIO, and word processing tools.
Filing Systems:
Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents and records.
Scheduling:
Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for clients.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, supporting client communication efforts.
Office Maintenance:
Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and coordinating maintenance requests.
Clerical Support:
Perform general clerical duties including copying, scanning, faxing, and preparing documents for meetings or reports.
Requirements Bilingual:
Preferably bilingual in English and Spanish.
Core Skills:
Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Software Literacy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with productivity software.
Tech-Savvy:
Excellent computer literacy including data entry, file management, and document processing skills.
Communication:
Strong phone etiquette with the ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently.
Time Management:
Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience (Preferred): Previous clerical or administrative experience supporting front desk operations or customer service roles is preferred.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
