Part‑time, non‑exempt

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 4 hours per day | Flexible start/end times between 8:00 AM-5:00

PM Work Location:

In‑office, Claremont, CA (91711) About Us Grand & Quincy provides administrative support to physicians serving as Qualified Medical Evaluators (QMEs) throughout California. Our work is detail‑driven, time‑sensitive, and conducted in a collaborative, professional, and respectful office environment. We are seeking a Clerical Assistant to support our administrative staff with essential day‑to‑day office tasks. This is an entry‑level position, ideal for someone looking to gain experience in a medical‑legal office setting.

• Primary Responsibilities Mail processing (sorting, scanning, logging, and outgoing mail) Printing, copying, assembling, and preparing documents Organizing and maintaining electronic records Assisting with basic document preparation Providing general office and clerical support to administrative staff Making and receiving routine phone calls as needed to support the administrative team (e.g., relaying messages, confirming receipt of materials) Maintaining strict confidentiality of medical and legal materials (training provided) Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic computer, scanner, and printer skills Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook Comfort using Google Drive, or similar digital file management system Comfort with remote communication tools, including instant messaging and SMS text (equipment provided) Reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to consistently work in‑office Monday-Friday during business hours We are a physician-led management company. In the event of an emergency, all employees must be willing to comply with any state and local health and safety mandates, which may include vaccination requirements.
