ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Basic knowledge of filing/record keeping and commonly accepted office practices in a professional setting Implement administrative and clerical policies and procedures under the direction of the ED Maintain Office spaces and common areas Displays regular and reliable attendance. Maintain filing system. Provide general support to visitors. Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level. Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc. Cover the reception desk when required. Maintain computer and manual filing systems. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. Receive, sort, and distribute the mail. Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues. Implement clerical duties and administrative processes. Conduct data entry Aids in general management of center including running errands as assigned. Qualifications Clerical experience Driver's License High School Diploma or equivalent
