Type:
full-time This role will serve several ministries to include Espanol, Central and Compassion. Support assigned leaders and ministry teams through correspondence, document preparation, data entry, filing, and follow-up. Welcome and assist guests, congregants, volunteers, vendors, and ministry partners professionally. Manage email correspondence and maintain the volunteer registration system. Answer and route phone calls and messages with care and urgency. Coordinate calendars, appointments, rooms, meetings, materials, reminders, and follow-up. Prepare and translate ministry documents between English and Spanish. Support the coordination of community events, assisting program directors as events arise. Provide general office support, including printing, basic administrative tasks, and flier design. Maintain accurate records, contact lists, databases, and shared files using approved systems. Protect confidential information and exercise sound judgment in all interactions. Partner with staff, ministry leaders, and volunteers to address routine needs. Remain flexible and available to support various ministry programs as needs arise.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail. Warm, service-minded presence and ability to manage priorities independently and collaboratively. Discretion, adaptability, and commitment to confidentiality. Administrative or ministry-support experience and proficiency with common office systems preferred. Alignment with The Bay Church's mission and values; occasional evening or weekend availability as needed.
