Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to provide general administrative and office support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn, who enjoys working in a professional office environment and takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude and will be comfortable handling a variety of tasks, from day-to-day office organization to supporting staff with their administrative needs.
- Key Responsibilities
- Sort, distribute, and scan incoming mail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen and copier area.
- Monitor general office supplies and help maintain an orderly office environment.
- Water and care for office plants.
- Assist with routine office organization and upkeep.
- Provide word processing and basic administrative and technical support.
- Order office and kitchen supplies, maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
- Prepare and coordinate UPS and FedEx shipments.
- Take meeting notes and distribute or organize them as needed.
- Assist team members with various administrative projects and tasks. Provide general support to staff and help with special projects as needed.
- Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous administrative or office experience is helpful but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional and friendly communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Comfortable learning new software, systems, and office procedures.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar programs.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member.
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to take initiative.
- Professional, positive, and service-oriented attitude.

Pay:
