This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position with the opportunity to work on a variety of projects. Duties & Responsibilities Answer inquiries, direct calls, and maintain professional phone etiquette Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records Organize digital files and handle confidential information appropriately Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining calendars Provide general clerical support, including proofreading, correspondence, copying, scanning, and mail Assist with office supplies, organization, and other administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Previous office or clerical experience is preferred but not required Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Professional, reliable, and eager to learn Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion Join Our Team This is an excellent opportunity to gain administrative experience in a supportive and professional environment while contributing to a variety of projects and helping our team succeed.
