Job Description
- Review contracts and related documents stored in the SharePoint
- Accurately enter contract information into the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system
- Verify data for completeness and accuracy
- Maintain organized electronic records and documentation
- Identify and escalate missing or inconsistent information as needed
- Perform general clerical and administrative support tasks
- Adhere to confidentiality requirements when handling company documents Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for this Clerical Assistant position:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1 - 2 years of previous clerical, administrative, or data entry experience is a plus
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to maintain confidential information The starting pay range for this Clerical Assistant position is $20.
