Type:
full-time Essential Responsibilities include, and are not limited to:
  • Answering multiple phone lines.
  • Prepare agendas, materials and emails for upcoming meetings and/or presentations.
  • Handle any requests issued by Athena staff as required.
  • Perform administrative and office support activities.
  • Run errands including going to the, post office, Fedex offices etc.
  • Scan invoices into Accounting system.
  • Prepare & Mail out Fed Ex Packages, UPS, USPS, and Certified outgoing mail.
  • Prepare and draft confidential correspondence, memos, and contracts.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
  • Arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders.
  • Collect and monitor data and information and support/maintain agency database management systems.
  • Collect and track insurance documents.
  • Draft vendor service and maintenance contracts.
  • Call vendors regarding past due bills.
  • Assist Property Managers and Assistant Property Managers with miscellaneous administrative tasks.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Education and/or

Experience:
  • 1-5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Strong computer skills a must (MS Office Suite).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong organizational skills;
  • Detail oriented with independent work ethic.
  • Property Management experience a plus.
