To support our growing North American market, we operate a 20,000+ sq. ft. warehouse and distribution center right here in El Monte, CA .We pride ourselves on an efficient, professional, and cross-cultural working environment. We are currently seeking a welcoming, energetic, and highly organized Bilingual Office Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level position perfect for recent college graduates, ABCs (American-born Chinese), or anyone with a multicultural background looking to grow within the international trade and supply chain industry. What You'll Do (Responsibilities) As the first point of contact for our office and warehouse operations, you will balance traditional reception duties with basic supply chain administrative support:Front Desk & Reception:
Greet and assist walk-in clients, contractors, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls.Warehouse & Logistics Coordination:
Assist with receiving truck drivers, organizing inbound/outbound paperwork (such as Bills of Lading / BOL), and notifying the warehouse team of arrivals.Bilingual Communication:
Act as a bridge between our US office, local clients, and overseas teams. Assist with basic English-Chinese translations for internal emails or product documentation.Office Administration:
Maintain office and kitchen supplies, handle incoming/outgoing mail, scan/file documents, and ensure the front office area remains neat and organized.Customer Support:
Responsively handle basic customer inquiries regarding order status or product availability (training will be provided). What We're Looking For (Requirements)Education:
Bachelor's degree or Associate degree preferred. Recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply!Language Skills:
Native or near-native English and fluent Mandarin Chinese (both verbal and written). Ability to switch communication styles smoothly between local English-speaking clients and our bilingual internal team.Interpersonal Skills:
Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a strong problem-solving mindset.Tech Savvy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Experience with ERP or inventory software is a plus but not required.Work Ethic:
Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced warehouse-office environment.Authorization:
