A growing commercial property management company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support multiple departments while helping ensure day-to-day office operations run efficiently.

This is much more than a traditional administrative position. You'll collaborate with property managers, accounting staff, vendors, tenants, and executive leadership, making each day different and providing excellent opportunities to expand your professional skills. ResponsibilitiesAdministrative OperationsPrepare correspondence, reports, contracts, and property documentationCoordinate calendars, meetings, and vendor appointmentsAnswer incoming calls and greet clients, tenants, and visitorsMaintain electronic filing systems and confidential recordsOrder office supplies and coordinate facility vendorsProperty & Office SupportAssist with work order tracking and service requestsSupport invoice processing and purchase order administrationMaintain tenant and vendor databasesPrepare monthly reports for managementAssist with special projects and office initiatives as needed
