Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to provide administrative and clerical support to the organization. This position will assist with day-to-day office operations, maintain accurate records, communicate with employees, customers, vendors, and other business contacts, and ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, comfortable working with computers and office technology, and able to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Answer phones, respond to routine inquiries, and direct calls appropriately. Greet clients, families, employees, and visitors professionally. Assist with general office correspondence and communications. Maintain organized electronic and paper records. Assist with scanning, filing, copying, data entry, and document preparation. Support scheduling and administrative staff as needed. Assist with onboarding paperwork and administrative forms. Monitor office supplies and assist with ordering. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment. Assist with meeting preparation and internal communications. Enter and update information in organizational systems. Protect confidential client, employee, and business information. Provide general administrative support to clinical and operational departments. Perform other duties as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Strong organizational and communication skills. Professional demeanor and customer-service orientation. Basic computer proficiency. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
