Hazel Ridge Veterinary Clinic has served the pets and families of Fair Oaks, California for more than 40 years , building lasting relationships based on compassionate care and exceptional medicine. We're looking for a 2-day/20hr per week Associate Veterinarian who enjoys practicing high-quality medicine in a collaborative, supportive environment where both clients and team members are treated like family. Whether you're an experienced veterinarian or an early-career DVM looking to grow in our community, we'd love to meet you! Why You'll Love Hazel Ridge Veterinary Clinic Our practice combines the feel of a neighborhood hospital with the tools and support needed to practice excellent medicine.
Highlights include:
30-minute appointments (40 minutes for more complex sick appointments) Doctors average just 12-14 appointments per day, allowing time to build client relationships and practice thoughtful medicine Dedicated technician assigned to each veterinarian Two experienced RVTs assisting on surgery days Paperless medical records Recently refreshed hospital with new flooring and fresh paint throughout Our Hospital Our well-equipped small animal (dogs and cats) practice features: Four spacious exam rooms Surgical suite Digital radiology Dental radiology and dental equipment Ultrasound capabilities Treatment area Separate dog and cat wards Small isolation ward No boarding or grooming, allowing our focus to remain on medical care To provide even more advanced patient care, we partner with local specialists who come directly to our hospital when needed, including a: Cardiologist Board-certified surgeon Radiologist for advanced ultrasound services This allows us to offer comprehensive care while maintaining continuity for our patients and clients.
