The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with office management tools, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual abilities are a plus, and experience in medical or dental reception is preferred.
