Full Job Description Job Description:
This position is a detail-oriented position partnered with hospitality. It provides support to pastor, members, visitors and others related to the congregation. Prepares written communication in various formats. It requires someone who is a self-starter and able to work with committees and volunteers.
Minimum Qualifications :
  • Speak, read and write English fluently (Spanish desirable)
  • Strong, effective interpersonal skills and an ability to maintain confidences.
  • Clerical and organizational management skills.
  • Be well organized, efficient and able to determine work priorities.
Technical Qualifications :
Advanced level skills and experience in the following:
  • Windows Operating systems
  • Microsoft 365 suite of programs
  • Email
  • Social Media
  • Graphic creation/editing (Canva or similar)
  • And others as may be required Ability to:
  • Communicate with visitors, callers, staff and members
  • Perform all basic office administration activities
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Manage time well and meet deadlines
  • Maintain confidentiality
Communications:
  • Prepare, produce and distribute congregational communications (printed and electronic)
  • Recruit, train and supervise office volunteers. Facilities/Assets Management
  • Work with Property Management Committee to handle facility use agreements, contracts, payments, key distribution, equipment placement, and the like.
Pay:
$10,000.00 - $10,600.00 per year
