Position Overview Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic team in California. This role is essential for maintaining efficient office operations and providing excellent support to the team. Responsibilities Answering phones and directing calls to appropriate personnel. Performing data entry tasks to ensure records are accurate and up-to-date. Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members. Handling email correspondence professionally and promptly. Preparing reports and presentations as needed. Organizing and maintaining calendars to ensure smooth operations. Required Work Hours The Administrative Assistant position requires availability from Monday through Friday during first shift hours. Additional Details Salary:

The pay range for this position is $18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
