To summarize Job Description I need someone to organize statements, receipts, invoices. Then put it all on a spreadsheet with totals. Clean and organize offices. Make calls and answer phones. Job Overview Our investment office is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Document Specialist to help organize and digitize financial records. This is a short-term position with the potential to grow into a permanent role. Responsibilities Organize and sort a variety of financial statements and documents Scan and upload documents into digital systems Create and maintain spreadsheets tracking statements and balances Ensure accuracy and proper organization of all records Follow instructions and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Self-motivated and dependable Proficient with Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software Ability to follow direction and work independently Professional attitude and appearance Work Environment Office setting Professional attire required
Pay:
$17.00 - $25.00 per hour
