$31.68/hr. on W2 (DOE)

4 months or longer
Schedule:
9/80 A An Administrative Assistant to support our client's security department. As a member of the security department responsible for greeting and processing visitors, answering and managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to site management. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a key role in creating a positive first impression.
Responsibilities:
Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail. Reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures. Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisors assignment. May take and transcribe dictation.
Basic Qualifications:
US Citizen required HS Diploma/GED Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers) Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Microsoft 365: Advanced proficiency in Word (mail merge, formatting), Excel (pivot tables, formulas), PowerPoint (designing presentations), and Outlook (email rules, calendar sharing). Outstanding communication and customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Proficiency in computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).
