Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and be part of a team that has a mission to help improve the lives of others. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Duties Manage all front desk operations, including greeting patients with a smile , collections, scheduling patients while making everyone feel welcome. Inventory, website management, social media assistance and helping answer patient questions. Utilize phone systems to handle incoming and outgoing communications efficiently. Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are properly archived. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Provide support to team members as needed to grow in our mission of serving the community. Handle correspondence, including emails and letters, in a professional manner. Perform data entry tasks and maintain computerized records for easy access. Skills Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Proficient in computer literacy with a strong understanding of office software applications. Experience as a medical, dental or chiropractic receptionist is a plus but not required. Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation. Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work in a fast paced, busy office and represent a healthy lifestyle. Knowledge of phone systems to facilitate effective communication. Ability for communicating with Spanish speaking patients is preferred.
