Job Description

Office Assistant Are you a organized, reliable, and looking for a part-time role in a fast paced office enviroment? Five Cities Plumbing is seeking an office assistant to work alongside the owners and our full-time Office Coordinator to help keep daily operations running smoothly. This role requires prior office experience and is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, multitasking and being part of a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls with friendly professional attitude Assist with filing, data entry and maintaining organized records. Provide backup support with scheduling and dispatch tasks as needed. Help prepare and process documents, invoices and receipts Support the owners and Office Coordinator with day-to-day office needs Deliver excellent customer service to customers and vendors Utilizing excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
About You:
Prior office experience required Proficiency with Quickbooks, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Friendly, professional communicator ( phone & email) Positive attitude and dependable work ethic Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Work Schedule:
Part time: 20 hours per week Monday•Friday, 10AM•2
PM Compensation:
