Contract Job Duties:
Provide administrative and office support to multiple supervisors and cross-functional teams. Coordinate and support virtual new hire orientation sessions using Zoom and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Track attendance and participation for training and onboarding sessions. Respond to new hire inquiries regarding badges, timekeeping, onboarding processes, and general orientation questions. Schedule meetings, interviews, and training sessions while managing calendars and logistics. Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and filing systems. Answer and direct phone calls, receive visitors, and provide general administrative assistance. Conduct internet research and perform other administrative tasks as assigned. Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant, Department Coordinator, Office Coordinator, HR Coordinator, or similar administrative support role. Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS) or supporting employee training and onboarding programs. Experience coordinating virtual orientations, training sessions, or employee onboarding activities. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Zoom. Demonstrated experience scheduling meetings, interviews, and managing multiple priorities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work independently while supporting multiple supervisors and handling competing priorities. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Previous experience supporting a Human Resources (HR) department- Preferred Experience with employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Preferred Familiarity with HR processes, timekeeping systems, and badge/access management
- Preferred Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone, Workday Learning, SuccessFactors, Moodle, or similar platforms
- Preferred Experience in a corporate or enterprise environment
Preferred Schedule:
Morning Shift 1st Shift 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM 32 Hours per week SAL01
