PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR
Assist Project Teams(s) in day-to-day administration of projects including coordinating the accounting aspect of a project to ensure cost standards are met.
- Maintain document control including understanding, reviewing/preparing, collecting/distributing and filing the following: o Job Initializations o AIA Contracts o Subcontracts o Purchase Orders o AIA Owner Change Orders o Subcontract Change Orders o Subcontractor/Vendor Invoices o Invoices to Client o Schedule of Values o Lien Releases o Insurance
- Use the company accounting software to run reports, resolve job cost issues and perform miscellaneous project research.
- Assist Project Teams with follow-up on open Accounts Receivable.
- Assist Project Teams on items such as meeting minutes, submittals and job closeout documentation.
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with management, staff, clients, subcontractors, and outside entities.
- Provide assistance as needed on all administrative project-related tasks.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of Project Assistant experience in the construction management industry is strongly preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Experience with construction-related accounting software is strongly preferred.
- Ability to effectively present information in oral, written and graphic form.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, staff and outside entities.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to evaluate information to proactively find solutions.
- Bachelor's Degree or advanced coursework in a business-related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Pay:
$59,364.00 - $94,176.00 per year
