Job Description
The office Coordinator supports Food Safety Defense program. Operates multi-line telephone systems to answer incoming calls; to appropriate personnel and completes a variety of administrative duties.

1. Follows and enforces employees safety procedures 2. Report any unsafe conditions to immediate supervisor or manager 3. Follow, Monitor, and Enforce all food safety procedures 4. Follows and enforces SQF requirements (Facilities, Equipment, SSOP, SOP, GMPs, and ETC) 5. Follows and enforcesUSDA & FDA
guidelines and regulations. 6. Follow Company Policies, Regulations, and Lunch & Break Policies Some of the duties of this position are those described below. Position Area Duties (1-16 listed below) Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of calls and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or departments. Retrieves messages from voice mail and forwards to appropriate personnel throughout the day.Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring to inquiries. Create visitor welcome signs on the lobby monitor as needed. Support Food Safety Defense ProgramPerforms clerical duties such as filing, data entry and document control. Provides administrative support.
Book Conference Room and prepare the meeting rooms upon request.
Post permits, certifications, and licenses on the front board and maintain records up to date.
Create Fed Ex Shipping labels, schedule pick up appointments and monitor shipments.
Manage and maintain postage machines, copiers, office supplies and digital communication boards.
Reconcile FedEx invoices on a weekly basis and submit to Accounts Payable in Accounting. Maintain office supplies and coordinate purchasing as needed including toners. Fulfill certificate of insurance request and file accordingly.
Track attendance via the Time and Attendance Line daily for personnel records and payroll processing.
Collect attendance records during evacuations and provide support with communicate.
Requirements and Duties:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 2. High level of professionalism 3. Microsoft Office 4. Ability to type 35 words per minute 5. Ability to multi-task and have strong organizational skills 6. Strong customer service skills 7. Ability to keep confidentiality of company business, employee/employer information or other matters at all time Office CoordinatorEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE 1.
High School Diploma 2. Minimum 3-year experience on the field 3.
