Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Architect specializing in Construction Administration to lead and oversee the execution of architectural projects from groundbreaking through completion. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and design teams, ensuring that construction aligns with design intent, quality standards, and project schedules. Your expertise will drive successful project delivery by managing on-site activities, reviewing technical documentation, and facilitating seamless communication across all stakeholders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape innovative spaces while maintaining rigorous construction oversight. Duties Act as the main point of contact during construction phases, coordinating with contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure project goals are met efficiently. Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, change orders, and RFIs (Requests for Information) to maintain design integrity and compliance with contractual obligations. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to design specifications. Proficiency in project scheduling tools and construction management software including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), Bluebeam Revu. Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, contracts, and renovation practices. Excellent drafting skills with experience in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) for detailed technical documentation. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional organizational skills in project management environments. Experience in business development activities including client engagement and proposal development. Ability to process plans through dynamic city processing formats. Strong communication skills for clear coordination among diverse teams and stakeholders.
