Job Description

Westridge Commercial Inc., isseeking a detail-oriented and motivated Property Manager Administrative Assistant to support our property management team. This role involves performing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations, provide excellent customer service to tenants and clients, and assist the Property Manager in daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Property Manager in managing day-to-day operations of residential and/or commercial properties. Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a professional and timely manner. Maintain and update property records, tenant files, and lease agreements. Prepare reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and tenant satisfaction. Schedule property viewings, inspections, and maintenance appointments. Assist in marketing available properties by creating listings, managing online platforms, and coordinating open houses. Process rent payments and maintain accurate financial records. Assist in the preparation and implementation of property budgets. Coordinate communication between tenants, vendors, and management. Perform general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. Stay informed about local property laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, property management, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in property management or administrative support is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software. Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
