full-time We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-service-focused Administrative Assistant on a temporary basis to support a great organization in San Juan Capistrano. This position will provide general clerical and administrative support while serving as a key point of contact for visitors and callers. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, comfortable interacting with the public, and able to assist with a variety of day-to-day office needs. Bilingual Spanish/English skills are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls, respond to general inquiries, take messages, and direct callers as needed. Provide front-counter customer service and assist visitors with questions and general information. Provide administrative and clerical support to department management and staff. Create and update flyers and other basic materials for upcoming programs and events. Assist with data entry, document preparation, filing, scanning, and general office organization. Use basic computer programs and Microsoft Office applications to complete daily administrative tasks. Provide light invoice-related support, including organizing and routing invoices for processing. Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous administrative, clerical, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred. Bilingual Spanish/English highly preferred. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with the public. Comfortable assisting customers both in person and over the phone. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
