What You'll Do As a Blaze Pizza Team Member, you'll wear many hats!

You will:

Greet and engage customers to build a positive dining experience Guide guests through the "build-your-own" pizza process with friendly and knowledgeable service Accurately prepare pizzas and other menu items following Blaze standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, kitchen, and prep areas Work as part of a fast-paced team, communicating clearly and helping wherever needed Follow food safety and sanitation procedures consistently Handle payments and operate the POS system when assigned Who You Are Friendly, energetic, and enthusiastic about hospitality Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment Customer-obsessed and passionate about food Willing to learn and take on new challenges Flexible schedule availability (nights, weekends, and holidays may be required) Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25-30 lbs as needed Previous food service experience is great, but not required — we'll train you!
