Schedule and Pay Starting pay:
$18 per hour Flexible daytime schedule All shifts must end by 3:00 p.m. In-person position in Lancaster, California Responsibilities Assist the Property Manager with daily property operations Communicate with tenants by phone and email Receive and follow up on tenant repair requests Help coordinate repairs and maintenance Assist with payroll, billing, and recordkeeping Answer phones and respond to general questions Complete filing, data entry, and other administrative duties Qualifications Previous administrative or property management experience required Strong phone, email, and communication skills Professional and courteous when working Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers and handling basic office paperwork Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
