Job Description

Position Overview PrideStaff is seeking a welcoming, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Front Desk Administrative Assistant for a active senior living community's Homeowners Association (HOA) office. This role serves as the primary person providing essential administrative support to the Property Manager. The ideal candidate brings prior office experience, strong comfort with technology, and a patient, customer-service-driven mindset. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls, address resident inquiries, and assist with community amenity bookings, gate access/fobs, and parking permits. Address and resolve day-to-day office matters and resident concerns with empathy, diplomacy, and professionalism. Property Manager & Administrative Assistance Partner closely with the Property Manager on daily operational tasks, document management, and community correspondence. Log, process, and track maintenance work orders submitted by residents. Prepare, print, and distribute community notices, newsletter updates, and HOA meeting packets. Maintain organized physical and digital resident directories, vendor files, and office records. Office Technology & Digital Operations Utilize office software, email systems, digital calendar applications, and HOA property management platforms to keep administrative workflows running smoothly. Process daily office mail, manage incoming package deliveries, and maintain accurate logs.
Qualifications & Requirements Office Experience:
Prior office administrative, front desk, or customer service experience is strictly required (HOA, property management, or senior living community experience preferred).
Technical Proficiency:
High level of comfort using office technology, computer applications, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and web-based database platforms.
Interpersonal Skills:
Exceptional communication skills with a warm, patient, and respectful approach tailored to interacting with a senior resident population.
Problem Solving:
Ability to remain calm under pressure, prioritize tasks independently, and resolve day-to-day operational issues effectively.
Compensation / Pay
Rate (Up to): $21.50 - $22.00 Per Hour
