Job Description

Administrative Assistant - Job DescriptionThe Administrative Assistant provides essential support to ensure smooth office operations by handling a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks. This role maintains organization, communicates with internal and external contacts, and assists with daily office needs.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Manage schedules and coordinate meetings or appointments for staff.

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.

Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.

Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.

Order office supplies and handle other purchasing tasks as needed.

Assist with travel arrangements and event planning.

Support other administrative and operational projects as assigned.
