Office Manager Qualifications:
Minimum of three years of office experience, if not currently employed by Our House Residential Care. Bilingual is beneficial. Fully vaccinated to meet the current requirements of the California Department of Public Health and Community Care Licensing in a long-term care setting. Long term care industry experience is a plus. Pass a background check, including fingerprinting for criminal clearance. Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and insurance.
Complete pre-employment requirements:
Physical, drug screen, and TB tests. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office 365 - Outlook, Excel, and Word Excellent analytical ability. Ability to communicate at all levels. Good verbal and written communication skills. Must be a highly motivated individual with attention to detail. Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workflow. Must be able to handle stressful situations consistent with job duties and the industry.

Objectives:
Serve as the eyes and ears of the office, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests. Coordinate the daily activities of the Company, including assisting in the scheduling of Direct Care Staff for Long Term Care Facilities. Providing back up to the receptionist for incoming calls. Assist in the onboarding of new employees. Maintain inventory of IT assets and coordinate service with the IT provider. Maintain employee training records, renewals, or certifications. Maintain company waivers and permits. Maintain Policy and Procedures of Company. Assist the Governing Body with research and special projects. Research potential purchases and projects to find the most efficient product or service. Coordinate transportation schedule for Company vehicles and appointments.
