Anthurium is a boutique, female-owned and operated staffing agency specializing in staffing Personal Assistants. Operated by a team of former PA's, we offer a full service experience to both employees and clients by means of considerate placement, mentorship, and top-tier relationship management. With thoughtfulness and care, we develop meaningful relationships with our employees and clients to ensure that both are empowered, making Anthurium an exciting place to work! We are seeking a highly capable, sharp, and personable Family Assistant to support a busy family based in Manhattan Beach. This is a dynamic, long-term opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys bringing order to complexity, and takes pride in being a true right hand. The ideal candidate is intelligent, proactive, and tech-savvy, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. This person should be equally comfortable managing high-level administrative responsibilities and hands-on personal and household support. High energy, attention to detail, and strong drive for organization and consistency are essential. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2 years of experience in an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar high-level support role
Cooking Experience:
Confident preparing healthy, nutritious meals.
Valid Driver's License:
Excellent driving record and comfortable providing transportation for children. Highly intelligent, resourceful, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills Exceptionally organized with a natural inclination toward creating and maintaining systems, processes, and filing structures Proactive and entrepreneurial in anticipating needs and creating solutions Tech savvy and comfortable with digital tools, especially Google Suite Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and thoughtfully High energy with a strong work ethic and a no-task-too-small mindset Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly Discreet and trustworthy with a high level of integrity, including openness and honesty about challenges and mistakes as well as excitement to learn and grow over time Comfortable with AI tools but not overly reliant on or blindly trusting of them Responsibilities Act as a true right hand to the principals, independently managing both executive-level administrative tasks and personal support with discretion and efficiency Manage travel planning, itineraries, and logistics with a high level of detail and foresight Prepare and cook healthy, family-friendly meals while assisting with weekly meal planning and kitchen organization. Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors, household staff, building personnel, and external partners Coordinate household operations, projects, and ongoing needs, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently Conduct research, prepare materials, and handle correspondence on behalf of the principals Tastefully manage day-to-day logistics including errands, reservations, purchasing, gifting, and event planning Assist with home organization, moves, and other lifestyle needs as they arise Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, prioritize tasks, and operate with a high level of ownership and follow-through Anthurium's dedication to inclusion extends far beyond our mission of empowering assistants. Pay:
