Job Summary Under the direction of the assigned administrator, performs varied and technical assignments involving a broad and detailed knowledge of District and school policies, goals, and functions. Performs other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

•EDUCATION

AND/OR TRAINING

High School Diploma (accredited by the U.S. Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education) or Equivalent

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

Previous clerical experience.

PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO INTERNAL CANDIDATES.

Typing Certificate Requirements:

1. Five (5) minute typing test. 2. Certificate must contain all of the following: Name of person tested Gross words per minute Net words per minute Duration of test (5 minutes) Name of testing agency Date of test Verifier's signature Typing certificates obtained online will not be accepted. Acceptable testing centers are College/University Test Centers, Employment Agencies, Manteca Adult School.

•Department of Justice Fingerprint Clearance Letter(s) of Recommendation Resume Typing Certificate Comments and Other Information If selected for this position, you will be required to provide proof of completion of high school or equivalent program. Number of openings at the time of posting: 1 or more.

7:40 a.m. 4:10 p.m. (1/2 hour lunch)
